Denny-Blaine (also known as Harrison) is a neighborhood in east central Seattle. The Denny-Blaine area is one of Seattle’s wealthiest and most prestigious districts. Elbert F. Blaine and Charles L. Denny, who began subdividing the region in 1910, are credited with naming the neighborhood. Denny was the son of pioneering Seattle businessman Arthur Denny.
