White Center, King County, Washington, 98146
White Center is an unincorporated community in King County. It’s about halfway between Burien and West Seattle. At the time of the 2020 census, the population was 16,631. White Center has earned the moniker “Rat City” because to the presence of a military Relocation and Training Center during World War II. The Rat City Rollergirls are a roller derby team from Seattle who began training in White Center.
