Klahanie is a Sammamish planned village. It was a census-designated place in unincorporated King County before being annexed by the city of Sammamish in 2016. Within its bounds, Klahanie is home to a variety of neighborhoods, including Heatherwood and The Willows. Klahanie has two schools, Beaver Lake Middle School and Challenger Elementary School, both of which are part of the Issaquah School District. Two community pools, tennis courts, basketball courts, and parks are available.
