SeaTac is a city in southern King County. The city is a Seattle inner-ring suburb and part of the Seattle metropolitan area. The name “SeaTac” comes from the Seattle-Tacoma International Airport, which is a combination of Seattle and Tacoma. The city owns and administers seven city parks, as well as two community center facilities. Angle Lake Park is the most popular. It has a grilling area, a boat launch, a fishing pier, playground equipment, an open recreation space, swimming facilities, a stage, restrooms, and a spray park. During the summer, lifeguards patrol the swimming area.
