Fairwood is a King County unincorporated locality and census-designated place. The population was 19,102 according to the 2010 census. The Fairwood CDP includes the following parks and recreation areas: Fairwood Golf & Country Club, located in the Fairwood Greens area, is a big 18-hole golf course. The country club features a heated 8-lane junior Olympic-sized pool and fitness facility, as well as Petrovitsky Park, an 88-acre park with 4 baseball and soccer fields, a playground, and picnic spaces.
